Feedback points and comments
The feedback rating system is designed to give transparent and independent feedback on the I.G.C member. The intention is as follows:
- To assist our members to develop professionally and personally from feedback received from their clients.
- Prospective clients can assess the quality of coach or healer they wish to work with and establish what sort of style or approach they have.
- If a client is not satisfied with the service they received they can apply to place feedback through the National Administrator independent of the member. (See complaints procedure.)
- The member can use their profile and feedback for marketing and promotional purposes.
- Once the bench mark of 1000 points have been accumulated the Member is entitled to call themselves a "Master Coach".
So the catchphrase is "you are only as good as your last client".
Feedback points are accumulated in two ways:
- Clients provide feedback points based upon the results from there Coaching or Healing sessions.
- The National Administrator will award 10 points per application (up to 30 points per year) for any course, training or event that contributes towards their professional development or self awareness.
